A.F. Sauls Real Estate was established in 1963 by Mr. A.F. "Buster" Sauls. He was always well-thought-of and called everyone,"friend". In the early 1970's Stan Plessala and Mike Wood were trained by Mr.Sauls. They later took over the day to day operations of the business and eventually became the owners.
Stan then went on to open his own appraisal business while Mike Wood kept Sauls Real Estate alive. Our current office building at 1101 Eighth St., was built by Mike Wood in 1984. The timing is significant and indicative to the commitment Sauls Real Estate has given and will continue to give the Tri-City area. Now we have furthered our commitment with the construction of our new office at 1812 Hwy. 182 Apt. B Bayou Vista.
Once again, In the year 1998, the torch was passed to Robert Businelle Jr. Shortly there after, the world suffered the terrible loss of Mr. Buster Sauls. A lot of Mr.Buster's ideas and work ethics were passed down to Mike Wood and then to Robert Businelle and are a part of what we do today.
After 40 years in business, we still call everyone friend!
